TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Campaign Overview

The World’s Biggest Gameshow (the “Promotion”) is organized by the Arabian Radio Network (ARN) and will take place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Ain Dubai, commencing from 6:00 PM onwards.

This campaign offers listeners the opportunity to participate in a live competition representing their favorite Radio Shoma team, with a chance to win a total cash prize of AED 100,000.

The winner is described as the person who won the invitation through on-air competition, online registration and sponsor-led campaigns. Each winning listener is entitled to bring one (1) guest (“Plus One”) that may participate in the quiz but the guest is not eligible to win the prize.

2. Campaign Duration

• The on-air competition period runs from October 27 to November 7, 2025.
• Selected participants (and their Plus One) will compete in the final event at Ain Dubai on November 15, 2025.

3. Participants’ Eligibility Criteria

• The Promotion is open only to UAE residents.
• The winner must be at least 21 years and above. Their Plus One must be at least 21 years and above. Both must present an ID at the event venue for verification.
• Employees of Dubai Holding, Dubai Holding Entertainment and/or Arabian Radio Network (ARN), as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
• Participants and their Plus One must be available to attend the final event at Ain Dubai on November 15, 2025. Failure to attend or register on ground during the event time will result in automatic disqualification.
• Important: The gameshow will take place inside Ain Dubai cabins during a rotation lasting approximately 40 minutes.
• Individuals with health conditions such as vertigo, heart problems, motion sickness, claustrophobic,or fear of heights are strongly advised not to participate for their own safety and comfort.
• Participants who feel unwell or unsafe during the event must immediately inform ARN staff.

4. Entry Mechanics

• Listeners can participate through one of the following entry methods:
• a. By SMS or ARN App: Answer the Question of the Day and send an SMS to 4002.
• b. Via www.radioshoma934.ae, by completing the registration form.
• Each valid entry increases the participant’s chance of being selected but does not guarantee selection.
• Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.
• ARN reserves the right to verify the eligibility and authenticity of any entry.

5. Selection of Participants

• Each participating radio station will select 50 listeners to represent the station in the World’s Biggest Gameshow event.
• Each selected listener should bring one (1) Plus One to participate in the event as part of their team.
• Selection of participants will be conducted by ARN from the pool of qualified entries received via SMS, ARN App, and website.
• ARN will contact selected participants through call, SMS, or email to confirm their participation.
• Participants will receive an official confirmation message outlining the event details, reporting time, registration requirements, and boarding instructions.
• Participants must acknowledge receipt of this confirmation and strictly adhere to the instructions provided.
• ARN reserves the right to replace any selected participant who fails to confirm or comply with event requirements.

6. Event Participation

• All confirmed participants must arrive and register at Ain Dubai on November 15, 2025 by 6:00 PM or as per the time specified in their confirmation message.
• Participants arriving after the stated registration time will be automatically disqualified and will forfeit their spot in the gameshow.
• The gameshow will be held inside the cabins of Ain Dubai, each rotation lasting approximately 40 minutes.
• Once boarding begins, participants must be ready to enter their assigned cabin as instructed by ARN staff.
• Even if a participant registers on time but fails to board the assigned cabin when instructed, they will be disqualified for competing.
• Each cabin will be monitored throughout the duration of the gameshow.
  • Use of mobile phones during the gameshow is strictly prohibited.
  • All participants and Plus Ones must place their mobile phones (and any additional devices) on the center table of their cabin before the gameshow begins. Any cabin found using a mobile phone during the competition will be automatically disqualified.
• Participants will take part in a live gameshow challenge conducted inside across multiple cabins of the Ain Dubai.
• Each radio station’s teams will compete against teams from other ARN stations.
• In the event there is a tie, a tie breaker round will be held in the plaza to determine the one top scoring cabin.
• The top scoring cabin will be declared the winner of the World’s Biggest Gameshow and has the chance to split or win the AED 100,000. The announcement will take place as soon as all the cabin scores are tabulated (approximately up to 2 hours after you finished your full rotation).

7. Prize Details

• The total prize pool is AED 100,000 for the winning cabin.
• The winning cabin will decide based on a voting system whether to:
• a. Split the prize equally; or
• b. Compete in a final deciding round to determine a single winner (“Winner Takes All”).
• If the winning cabin participants decide to split the cash prize, then the AED 100,000 will only be equally split among the main winners (plus ones will not be counted in the split).
• If the cabin decides to proceed to the “Winner Takes All” round, each participant and their Plus One will compete together as one team.
• All prize payments will be made via bank transfer within 60 working days after the event.
• ARN reserves the right to request proof of identity before processing any prize.

8. Liability and Safety

• All participants must sign an indemnity and liability waiver prior to the event, acknowledging that ARN and its affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation.
• Participants with any health concerns, fear of heights, or conditions that could be triggered by elevation, motion, or enclosed spaces are advised not to join the event.
• ARN accepts no responsibility for any medical emergencies, discomfort, or incidents arising from participation in the ride or gameshow.
• ARN accepts no responsibility for technical failures, lost entries, or unforeseen disruptions beyond its control.
• ARN reserves the right to remove any participant who fails to comply with the event’s rules, safety protocols, or staff instructions.

9. Media and Publicity Consent

• By participating in the event, all participants grant ARN and its affiliates the unrestricted right to record, photograph, and broadcast their image, likeness, voice, and participation during and after the event.
• ARN reserves the right to use any recorded materials for promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes across radio, digital, print, and television platforms without further compensation or approval.
• Participation in the event constitutes acceptance of these publicity terms.

10. Modification and Cancellation

• ARN reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any aspect of the Promotion, including entry mechanics, event logistics, or prize distribution, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• ARN’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, including selection, eligibility, and awarding of prizes, is final and binding.
• ARN reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the Terms and Conditions or engaging in misconduct.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

• All disputes related to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• In the event of a dispute, ARN’s decision shall be final and not subject to further correspondence.
