Hundreds of Yemenis in the UK show support for the Arab Coalition

A rally has been held outside the UAE embassy in London, in support of the Arab coalition’s ‘Operation Restore Hope’ in Yemen. According to national news agency WAM, hundreds of members of the Yemeni community took to the streets to thank the UAE and its partners in the Saudi-led coalition, which aims to restore legitimacy in Yemen. They waved the flags of the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and demonstrated against the rebel Houthi group. The UAE’s ambassador to the UK, Abdul Rehman Al Mutaiwee, also received members of the #ThankYouUAE campaign.
