Sheikh Hamdan holds talks with Defence Ministers of Armenia, Montenegro

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has held separate talks with defence ministers of Montenegro and Armenia on the sidelines of the Dubai Airshow 2025.

Sheikh Hamdan, who also holds the position of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, noted the importance of expanding joint efforts to explore exchanging expertise and best practices across development-driven sectors, including economic, cultural, and defence fields.

Discussions with Montenegro's Dragan Krapović and Armenia's Suren Papikyan explored collaboration in boosting conventional and future defence capabilities, modern systems, and training personnel to effectively utilise advanced technologies and ensure operational readiness.

Earlier at the Dubai Airshow, Sheikh Hamdan touring several pavilions at the exhibition along with His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.

Sheikh Khaled oversaw the latest innovations and advanced technologies in the aviation, space and defence sectors, including unmanned aircraft systems, smart defence solutions and innovative technologies supporting advanced air operations.

The exhibition is set to run until November 21 at the Dubai World Central, featuring more than 1,500 exhibitors, 440 of them new, along with 148,000 trade visitors and nearly 500 delegations.
