Four injured in two accidents in Dubai

Four people have suffered injuries after two crashes on Dubai roads.

According to the Dubai Police, the accidents that occurred on Wednesday morning were due to speeding and distracted driving.

The first crash at 2:40 am on Sheikh Zayed Road, towards Sharjah, involved a bike and car, while the second at 11:00 am involved an SUV and a sedan on Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Road.

The biker, who suffered injuries, was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Three people were injured in the second crash after the SUV veered off the road and rammed into a metal barrier.
