Damac boss warns residents of new scam

The chairman of Damac Properties is warning the public about a new scam that uses his name.

Hussain Sajwani has cautioned residents over false claims made in his name as well as that of his foundation in an attempt to con people.

He took to Twitter to urge anyone who may come across the scam to immediately contact the police.

The nature of the fraudulent scheme has not been specified and it's not clear whether the fraudsters are looking for money or personal details.
