Authorities urge owners to maintain vehicles after car catches fire on Sheikh Zayed Road

Dubai authorities are urging motorists to regularly maintain their vehicles in order to avoid dangerous incidents such as overheating. That’s after a car caught fire along Sheikh Zayed Road this week. The scene, which occurred early Wednesday morning near the Nakheel Metro Station, resulted in a massive traffic tailback to Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Lakes Towers. No one was injured from the incident.
