Al Ain mother praised for rescuing young children from blaze

A mother has been hailed as a hero by Abu Dhabi officials after a fire broke out in her home in Al Ain.

First Lieutenant Engineer Mohamed Saif Alhanaee is from the General Administration of Civil Defense - Abu Dhabi.

He gave ARN News the details:

The family was taken to hospital and the mother has been praised by Abu Dhabi Police for her quick thinking that ensured the safety of her two young children.

Initial reports state the blaze was caused by an air-conditioning unit.
