Meraas awards over AED 2 billion construction contract for Design Quarter

WAM

Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a contract worth over AED 2 billion to Arabian Construction Company for the development of the Design Quarter at Dubai Design District (d3).

The project includes the first residential community within d3, a global creative and design ecosystem.

Set for completion by mid-2027, the project will feature 558 apartments across three buildings, including one low-rise and two high-rise towers, nestled within a landscaped podium.

The podium, linking the residential towers, will serve as a social hub, offering co-working spaces, an indoor-outdoor gym, pool facilities, barbecue areas, and children's play zones, creating a vibrant community.
